I am Twisha Prasad. In my previous roles, I have solved for a wide range of industry problems ranging from recruiting automation and elimination of bias when making hiring decisions using AI which includes understanding both the capabilities and challenges of machine learning models, chatbot automation to change the landscape of the customer support, retail and marketing functions, etc. 

I  love to problem solve and have advised/worked with few startups in their ideation stage to help them find product/market fit, evolve their business model and help them formulate product strategy. So if you wanna chat about product, user experience or simply bounce off ideas, feel free!
